Litchfield J.D. Colt Elementary Addition & Renovation

The J.D. Colt Elementary addition and renovation project is part of a district wide program to enhance ‘s elementary schools. This project entails a 17,400 SF renovation and a 11,400 SF addition to the existing elementary building, which houses grades K-1.
Construction includes a new classroom addition that will serve as the building’s ICC-500 Storm Shelter, a multi-purpose room, an open commons area, administrative offices and support facilities.
